Troubleshooting Trade Sync Issues

Trades not appearing? Here's how to fix it.

Quick Fixes

1. Click Refresh: Dashboard → Refresh button
2. Check Connection: Settings → Broker Connections
3. Verify Trade Status: Ensure trade is fully closed

Common Causes

Trade Still Open

• Open positions don't sync
• Wait for exit to be executed

Broker Disconnected

• Zerodha tokens expire daily
• Reconnect via Settings

Timing

• Allow 5-10 minutes
• Delta: Usually fastest
