Understanding Your Billing Cycle

Know when your subscription renews and what to expect.

Renewal Date

• Same date each month as original purchase
• If date doesn't exist (31st), uses last day of month
• Visible in Settings → Billing

On Renewal Day

• Payment attempted automatically
• Invoice generated on success
• Usage counter resets
• New 600-trade allowance begins

Failed Renewal

If payment fails:

1. Immediate notification email
2. Retry next day
3. Up to 3 attempts
4. 7-day grace period
5. Then reverts to Pay-As-You-Trade
