P&L Display Issues

If P&L doesn't match your broker, here's why and how to fix it.

Common Causes

Partial Sync

• Not all trades synced yet
• Click Refresh to update

Different Calculation Method

• We use trade-level P&L
• Broker may show position-level

How We Calculate

For completed trades:

• P&L = (Exit Price - Entry Price) × Quantity
• Adjusted for buy/sell direction

Report Issues

Email info@pinbar.ai with:

• Trade details (symbol, date)
• Our displayed P&L
• Broker's P&L
• Screenshot if possible
