1. Pricing Overview

Pinbar AI offers transparent, usage-based pricing designed for Indian retail traders. We believe in aligning our success with yours—you only pay when you trade.

No Hidden Charges: The prices shown on our website exactly match our billing behavior. What you see is what you pay.

2. Pricing Plans

2.1 Pay As You Trade (Postpaid)

  • Price: ₹14 per completed trade
  • GST: + 18% GST = ₹16.52 total per trade
  • Billing Type: Postpaid (charged after trades are completed)
  • Settlement: Daily automatic settlement at 12:00 AM IST
  • Minimum: No minimum commitment or monthly fees
  • Lock-in: None. Cancel or pause anytime.

Definition of Completed Trade: A completed trade consists of one entry (buy or sell) and one exit (closing the position). Opening a position does not count as a trade until it is closed. Partial closures count proportionally.

2.2 Active Trader Pack (Prepaid)

  • Price: ₹2,499 for 300 trade credits
  • GST: + 18% GST = ₹2,948.82 total
  • Effective Rate: ₹8.33 per trade (40% savings vs Pay As You Trade)
  • Validity: 90 days from purchase date
  • Billing Type: One-time prepaid purchase
  • Expiry: Unused credits expire after 90 days (non-refundable)

2.3 Pro Unlimited (Monthly Subscription)

  • Price: ₹2,499 per month
  • GST: + 18% GST = ₹2,948.82 total per month
  • Fair-Use Limit: Up to 600 completed trades per month
  • Overage: ₹5 per trade beyond 600 OR reduced AI analysis depth
  • Billing Type: Recurring monthly subscription
  • Renewal: Auto-renews on the same date each month

Fair-Use Policy: The 600-trade limit ensures platform stability for all users. After exceeding this limit, you may choose to pay ₹5 per additional trade or continue with reduced AI analysis depth on excess trades.

3. Goods and Services Tax (GST)

  • All prices displayed on Pinbar AI are exclusive of GST
  • GST at 18% is applied on all transactions
  • GST is shown separately on all invoices and receipts
  • GST-compliant invoices are generated for every transaction

GST Breakdown Examples:

  • Pay As You Trade: ₹14 + ₹2.52 (GST) = ₹16.52
  • Active Trader Pack: ₹2,499 + ₹449.82 (GST) = ₹2,948.82
  • Pro Unlimited: ₹2,499 + ₹449.82 (GST) = ₹2,948.82/month

4. Payment Processing

4.1 Payment Methods

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
  • Debit Cards (all major banks)
  • Net Banking (100+ banks supported)
  • Wallets (Paytm, Freecharge, etc.)

4.2 Payment Processor

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay Payment Services. Razorpay is a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway authorized by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

Important: Razorpay is responsible for payment processing only. Razorpay is not responsible for the services provided by Pinbar AI. All service-related queries should be directed to Pinbar AI support.

4.3 Payment Security

  • Pinbar AI does NOT store complete card numbers, CVV, or UPI credentials
  • All payment data is encrypted and processed directly by Razorpay
  • We only store tokenized references for recurring payment mandates
  • All transactions use TLS 1.2+ encryption

5. Auto-Settlement (Pay As You Trade)

5.1 Daily Settlement Process

  • Timing: Settlements are processed daily at 12:00 AM IST
  • Calculation: Sum of completed trades from the previous day × ₹14 + 18% GST
  • Credit Deduction: Available trade credits (from referrals or purchases) are applied automatically before charging
  • Charge Method: Auto-debit from your registered payment method

5.2 Auto-Debit Authorization

By setting up auto-debit for Pay As You Trade, you authorize Pinbar AI to:

  • Automatically charge your registered payment method for daily trade charges
  • Retry failed payments up to 3 times over 3 days
  • Apply any applicable trade credits before charging

You may revoke auto-debit authorization at any time from Settings → Billing. Revocation does not affect charges already processed or pending.

5.3 Payment Failure Handling

  • Retry Schedule: Failed payments are retried once daily for 3 days
  • Notification: You will receive email/SMS notification of payment failures
  • Account Status: After 3 failed attempts, account access may be restricted until payment is cleared
  • Grace Period: 7 days to resolve payment issues before service suspension

6. Subscription Management (Pro Unlimited)

6.1 Subscription Renewal

  • Pro Unlimited subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month
  • You will receive a reminder email 3 days before renewal
  • Payment is charged to your saved payment method on the renewal date

6.2 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months (see Refund Policy)
  • After cancellation, you revert to Pay As You Trade pricing

6.3 Plan Switching

  • You may switch between plans at any time
  • Upgrades take effect immediately
  • Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
  • Active Trader Pack credits are preserved if you switch plans

7. Trade Credits

7.1 Earning Credits

  • Referral Program: Earn trade credits when your referrals trade (see Referral Program)
  • Promotional Offers: Special campaigns may offer bonus credits
  • Active Trader Pack: 300 prepaid trade credits

7.2 Using Credits

  • Credits are automatically applied during daily settlement
  • Credits are used before charging your payment method
  • 1 credit = 1 completed trade (value equivalent to ₹14)

7.3 Credit Expiry

  • Referral Credits: No expiry date
  • Active Trader Pack: Expire 90 days from purchase
  • Promotional Credits: Expiry as specified in the offer terms

8. Invoices & Receipts

  • GST-compliant invoices are generated for all transactions
  • Invoices are sent to your registered email within 24 hours of payment
  • You can download all invoices from Settings → Billing → Invoice History
  • Invoices include: Date, amount, GST breakdown, transaction ID, and payment method

9. Forward-Only Trade Sync Guarantee

We do NOT import or charge for past trades. Only trades placed after broker connection are tracked and billed. Every new user receives 5 completed trades FREE.

  • No Historical Import: Past trades from before you connected your broker are never synced
  • No Retroactive Billing: You are only charged for trades executed after connection
  • Fresh Start: Begin your trading journal with a clean slate
  • 5 Free Trades: Every new user gets 5 free completed trades to explore the platform

This guarantee ensures complete billing transparency. You will never see charges for trades you made before signing up or connecting your broker to Pinbar AI.

10. No Hidden Charges Commitment

We commit to full pricing transparency:

  • No Setup Fees: Creating an account is free
  • No Platform Fees: No additional charges beyond trade fees
  • No Data Export Fees: Export your data anytime at no cost
  • No Cancellation Fees: Cancel anytime without penalty
  • No Broker Connection Fees: Connecting brokers is free
  • No Historical Trade Fees: Past trades are never imported or charged

The only charges you incur are: trade fees (as per your plan), applicable GST, and any overage charges if you exceed Pro Unlimited fair-use limits.
